The Finland and the 2030 Agenda follow up report provides information about the state of sustainable development in Finland, describes visions about the the future and above all makes specific recommendations for decision-makers to carry out the objectives discussed in the report.

In this report a group of CSOs share their long-term experience and knowledge of enhancing sustainable development. Each of the ten CSOs is responsible for its own area of expertise.

The Finland and the 2030 Agenda follow up report provides information about the state of sustainable development in Finland, describes visions about the the future and above all makes specific recommendations for decision-makers to carry out the objectives discussed in the report.

The report covers the six SDGs that will be focused on at the High Level Political Forum (HLPF) in July 2019: Quality education (SDG 4), Decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), Reduced inequalities (SDG 10), Climate action (SDG 13), Peace, justice and strong institutions (SDG 16) and Partnerships for the goals (SDG 17) which is dealt with annually at the HLPF.

The forum brings together all countries annually to share information and to report their implementation of sustainable development. This report is the third in a series of follow-up reports. In the first and second we dealt with those SDGs which were focused on at the HLPF in 2017 and 2018.

Fingo has coordinated the production of this report and is responsible for the text on the SDG 17, Partnerships for the goals.
