What is design thinking? How can it support development NGOs?
These were some of the questions examined in Fingo Powerbank’s Design Thinking Learning Webinar in early October 2020. The webinar was facilitated by innovation and strategic designer Josh Harvey who has wide experience with international organizations, social enterprises, United Nations and governments.
The webinar acted as an introduction to design thinking as a process of exploring community’s long-term needs and delivering desirable solutions, projects or interventions that meet those needs.
